Tried them out, the inspector was very professional and very informative explaining everything as he went along. The report was email (pdf) almost the next day and was very detailed. They also give you a little binder so you can put everything into it. I'd do it again!

Very friendly staff, must be family owned as far as I can tell, they are loaded with all the necessities for baking and cooking as well as plates and services, they also have a huge selection of spices.
