Montreal artist and poet CHERYL BRAGANZA has just completed this painting entitled “FLOODED !” which will become part of an upcoming collaboration with us for a 2011 calendar in support of flood victims.

She quotes “Over the past weeks, large areas of Pakistan have been completely devastated by its worst flooding in generations and millions of people are affected. Climate change is to blame and we are eventually responsible. It's a global humanitarian crisis which will continue for decades and no matter what we all read or feel about Pakistan and its politics, the fact is that mothers, fathers and children like you and I are “drowning” and we need to throw them a life-line now. “
