We are going to come out FULL FORCE Saturday, August 21st and walk around the streets of downtown and more making sure that EVERYONE knows about the flooding in Pakistan. We have found that way too many people do not even know, but once they do know... they want to help! This is an event that YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!

This event is meant mainly to raise awareness in Montreal about the flooding in Pakistan, though we will be collecting donations as well. We will meet at Atwater and Maisonneuve at 11:30 AM. We will then parade down Maisonneuve until rue St-Laurent, where we will turn right and walk all the way down to the Old Port. We will supply you with paint to sport the crescent and star on your face as well as the posters, and donation bas...kets ( and possibly even t-shirts ! ).

There are some guidelines that we would like all participants in this parade to follow, to avoid any potentially negative encounters with law enforcement or the public :

1) Stay within the sidewalks. Do not go onto the bike paths or streets
2) Do not be obnoxious in people's faces and do not harass people
3) Do not be too loud
4) Keep moving

Come out in large numbers! This will be an event you do not want to miss !

As we walked through the streets of downtown we raised alot of awareness and still quite a bit of funds! $1457 . Great job guys!
