- Create a Q&A forum on your site
- Invite all your first-time customers to join your site (it’s a first step to converting them into loyal customers)
 

Improve

- Take into account constructive feedback. It’s free advice.
- Use the feedback to improve your site and business.
- Look at your site from your visitor’s perspective and adjust as needed.

 

Update

- Offer interesting new content on a regular basis to give visitors reason to come back
- If you have a monthly or weekly blog, stick to your schedule!
- Use the “update status” feature on your Xoopla site to announce product arrivals, promotions and other exciting news

- Connect your business to other businesses
- Find and connect with local communities to increase traffic
- Connect to and/or sponsor a local club on Xoopla
