We provide the website, www.xoopla.com to you (the “Website”) as your go-to community for finding and making great referrals and recommendations to other users (the “Services”). Collection and Use of Information

We collect and use Personal Information for the main purpose of providing the Website and the Services to you. More specifically, we use your information for identification and authentication purposes, for service improvement and to address issues like malicious use of the Services. By providing us with another person's e-mail address, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the person concerned as regards such disclosure to us of their personal information. All invitees are provided with the option not to receive further invitations. We may disclose such information if required to do so in order to comply with legal process, as described above.

The Website and Services, including user pages, may include links to third party websites. We have no control over third party websites and the provision of links in no way constitutes an endorsement, authorization or representation of our connection to that third party. If you access third party sites using the links on the Website, you should read the privacy policies of those sites and be aware that they may follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of your Personal Information.

You can also delete your Xoopla account at any time from your account page however some identification and contact information will remain in our records (see Retention below).

We will keep your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary for the operation of the Website and Services or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you. In general, once you inform us that you no longer wish to use the Website or Services, we will delete your records from our systems as soon as we can.
