Treatments :
- Combining egg yolk, avocado, and coconut milk into a smooth mixture. Massage into hair and rinse. (If you have really damaged hair, leave mixture in for longer)
- Spread mayonnaise from the roots of you hair to the tips, and leave for 30-45 minutes. Rinse out with warm water.
- Make a smooth mixture of an overripe banana, 3 avocados and a few drops of olive oil, apply to hair and leave it on for around 20 minutes. Rinse out with warm water.
Tips:
- Oil, shampoo and condition your hair regularly, but not on a daily basis. Use a mild shampoo and conditioner.
- Get haircuts often to prevent brittle hair and split ends.
- Consume a nutritious and balanced diet to promote healthy hair growth and to avoid hair problems.
- Drink as much water as possible to keep your hair nutritious and moisturized.
