1. Can you make a sample of your bouquet and centerpiece? Some florists will, some won't.
After there is a contract signed, we do offer 1 complimentary sample of the guest table arrangement. All other requests for sample are done at a 50% discount if they are being viewed at our design center.
2. If you’re on a tight budget, can you work with a mixture of silk and fresh flowers?
For the budget weddings, we always suggest fresh flowers that are in season and abundantly available. Silk flowers are far more costly than fresh flowers so we do not recommend them for the tight budget weddings.
3. Can you change your order if you have another idea? What's the cut off date for new ideas?
New ideas are always welcomed. The cut off would be 1 month prior to the wedding. We want to allow enough time to view a sample and order any hard goods or special flowers.
4. Will the florist transport ceremony decorations to the reception location? Is there a fee?
We do encourage transporting the flowers from the ceremony to the reception. It's a great way to get double use on the flowers, adds decor to the reception, and saves money for the bride. The cost for their transportation is included in the service fee.
5. Is there a setup fee?
We do charge for set up of the flowers. The service of the delivery and set up is as important as the flowers. We label all the personal flowers, deliver and set up the church, transport flowers from church to reception, set up of the reception, and clean out of all rental items at the reception. The cost is based on the delivery location as well as the level of difficulty.
6. Do they have rental supplies?
We do have rental items: linens, chivari chairs, glassware, chuppah, columns,runners, etc.
7. Could you briefly describe what makes your flowers unique?
We guarantee specific types as well as specific botanical varieties. For example we do not sell pink roses. They are ordered by their variety ( pink osiana, attache, hot princess,aqua,donna,anna,sweet akito).
