1. Will you do a custom wedding cake, or are there a set number of designs for us to choose from?
Yes, we will do custom designs, anything you would like.
2. How adaptable are wedding cake designs, especially due to budget concerns?
The more detailed the design the more expensive the cake will be, however there are ways to play with sizes and scaling down design details to work with budgets.
3. Do you have or can you rent items like cake toppers, stands, tiers, fountains, and cutters? Will we be billed extra?
We do not offer toppers or cake cutters. We rent out our stands. We offer fountains for retail purchase.
4. How long before our wedding are the cakes prepared?
Our wedding cakes are baked off on Wednesdays, filled and iced on Thursdays and decorated on Fridays. This is standard practice within the industry and our cakes are never frozen.
5. Are your wedding cakes priced by the slice? Is there an extra cost for special fillings or details? Will you charge extra for my design? Is there a price list I can take home with me to study?
Our wedding cakes are priced by the serving. Our prices start at $3.50 per serving and go up from there depending on the frosting you choose and the decoration.
6. Do you deliver? How much does it cost? Will the delivery person be able to make emergency frosting or decoration repairs and arrange the cake table?
We deliver within the tri-state area. Delivery cost depends on where the reception will be held. The cost will be a minimum of $50. Two of our trained team members go out with each wedding cake delivery and are there for emergency touch ups if something should happen. The caterer will arrange the table for the wedding.
7. Could you briefly describe what makes your cakes unique?
Our cakes are baked fresh with the finest ingredients. We will work with you through the entire process to ensure the cake is exactly what she had envisioned for her wedding day.
