I started my career in real estate with Re/Max in Beaconsfield in 1996, at a time when a lot of the agents in the area were leaving the profession.

After a couple of years I realized I have to move forward. I took my chartered real estate agent license and I became broker-owner of Royal LePage Kirkland. There I changed the name of the company into Royal LePage Global and I worked hard to train a good sales team. After a while a new challenge attracted my attention. I joined La Capitale, a company struggling for some years to gain a presence on the West Island. I was consistently among their top 20 agents in Quebec and helped them gain some market share in the English community.

At the end of 2006, after more than ten years in real estate I realized that I can do better. I opened the first ADRESZ office in Dorval. Our business philosophy and motto is ‘Real Estate from A to Z’. After just a couple of month we became the number one office in Dorval in number of sales, volume of sales and number of agents. Both experienced agents from other banners and new agents are joining us all the time so we decided to start opening more offices. We now have three more offices: ADRESZ Elite in Laval, ADRESZ Excellence in NDG ADRESZ Solutions in Saint Laurent and with more and more agents joining us every month. And the story continues…
